About priv key? just download from ps3devwiki updated package ps3keys.rar. And u can see app priv 360 key. Then u can patch Install package files.

Ok. I've checked the key that is in the rar mentioned above. It's true there's a app-priv-360 file but if you check the key you'll find this one:

00040AB47509BED04BD96521AD1B365B86BF620A98

And if you compare it with the keys in the ps3devwiki (http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/Keys) you'll find it's the 1.00++ fw private key. So, in my opinion, it's not the 3.60 private key. It's just a placeholder. But somebody could just try to sign something and see if it works.
