We all know E3 said they were going to release these keys, but then why would they considering that they are planning to release their own drm-dongle?

Only reason is that they also have the current 4.xx keys.

Most of us already know this, but the fact is that dongle-lovers who are willing to pay for these drm dongles are the ones who have ruined the scene. AS long as they are still willing to pay for these dongles, they will continue to keep the scene a pay-for scene. This is not what a scene should be, all scenes should be free, unless hardware is absolutely necessary to run an exploit. We know these dongles are not necessary, it is the drm that make them necessary.

They may even have the keys to create a real 4.21 cfw, but releasing these would ruin them, but it also prevents people from hacking newer consoles. And this is why the scene has come to a stand.

Sure this release is nice, but what they are holding back is even better, and you are paying them to keep that info secret.

Ask yourselves, what are we gonna do when our cfw consoles eventually give out and you can only buy unhackable consoles?


Stop buying these dongles, stop supporting a pay-for scene, support the free-scene! It's the devs in the free scene that make all the homebrew apps and emulators, the dongle-makers dont do a thing after they get your money. What applications have they released for you to use?! None, they have just released new eboots, which they have to do in order to get people to continue to buy their dongles.

they havent gone after anyone lately, even when psn access was given again and tb/clones have run wild

My opinion, Sony should release 4.21 keys. You know how many more new ps3s will be sold if they could be hacked.
Just like people still buy Wiis, just so they can hack them.
