Hi There, in final step (CEXtoDEX)my DEX-flash.EID0.NORBIN and my flash_stor_35500.bin not have same MD5. in c2d program DEX-flash.EID0.NORBIN and flash_stor_35500 are the same MD5,i install DEX-flash.EID0.NORBIN (create by c2d which has the same MD5) in multiman, restat ps3,and try instal DEX FW but give an error...and cant install.i not try install DEX-flash.EID0.NORBIN created by CEX2DEX because MD5 check is wrong and may brick my ps3 i think. my question is, your DEX-flash.EID0.NORBIN and flash_stor_35500 are the same MD5 or not? thanks for the tutorial.

try open main.cpp in dump_rootkey folder and put your ps3 ip in //#define PS3HOST "192.168.x.xxx" and dump_rootkey.exe run in admin mode, and run cmd(DOS) in admin mode too,i have this problem and this fix to me.
before connect make a test in DOS: ping 192.168.1.1 for exemple.

Do you have your PS3 connected to your router via ethernet cable? Don't use WiFi.
After connecting with the cable, go to network setting and setup and test the connection.

When you save the file, don't put .bin at the end.
