I think if you wanted to know who's responsible for tb then all you have to do is look at who released the early post 3.60 game fixes from a year ago. I'd say those few games we got unlocked were part of a test market for them.

I cant believe the replies we are getting here. After so many times things have been explained. It does NOT take a PHD to understand this :

It has NOTHING to do with the cost of a TB dongle or us being cheap a@@'.Hell I even bought a second ps3 instead of TB 3 months ago just so I can play MGS HD and DMC HD.
