Its nice to see this progress, fist DEX leaks now this. I hope there comes a way to downgrade from even higher firmwares 4.x to 3.55.
Also probabbly a stupid question, if they can decrypt 3.60 cant they see the way it behaves and crack higher firmwares? |

I am 99% certain we will see newer keys within the next week.
FW for 3.55 is different from 3.60 in terms of structure. But the same from 3.60 to 4.21. kids are cool. boys are like ps3s. lots of fun until u have to pay for what they did with their dongle. girls are like 360s. lots of fun until u find the rrod in the toilet one day ~gaaraofdadesert |

I think a 3.60 cfw right now is not a good thing, at least not until well'll find out a way do downgrade to 3.55... a good way should be using QA Flag but we have to allow the installation of <=3.55 PUP files and other fake-signed PUP

Why have they found the 3.60 keys but not the 4.21 keys? Surely the process of finding them is the same, isn't it?
Don't get me wrong it's good news but sometimes I wonder if these hackers are holding back on releasing the latest stuff for one reason or another. |

They have the 4.21 keys, but if they release them then noone will buy their new dongle.

You know it took 7 years to fully enjoy any psp,be it flash based cfw or memory residing or emulation..etc.Ahh i remember the days when ta XXX mother boards were unhackable,Look at the psp scene in 2012,everything has been cracked wide open.
SO we wont right off those 3000 ps3 models yet..:D

i hope they didn't release the 3.60 keys to let us think that converting to DEX is useless just to start back with dongles in few months  and why they didn't release lv0 keys? I'm on a dex right now, if a cfw 3.60 will out i'll stay on dex as i can use downgrade anytime i want... everyone installs a 3.60 retail cfw might be unable to downgrade back to 3.55 wwithout using a flasher! |

Yeah, well that's the reason for my post. I updated my console last year after the insane drout the PS3 scene took. I don't regret it, I've played the console more in the past year and a half because of online gaming than I ever did with hundreds of backups to play offline.
But I do now want to downgrade my console, just to get another taste of all the new goodness that has been released. I really wish they'd just release a 4.21 software downgrader.
