Yeah i got it working using your files :-P But i want to know what i did wrong
Making my own eboot. Decrypting will not work correct if i decrypt and try to read the created file.

I tried to patch Tekken Tag HD and Tekken Tag 2 Prologue as they have 3.60 eboots but despite npdrm patching the eboots with scetool 0.2.7 to fw 3.55 succesfully and patching the param.sfo's to 3.55 too, it still says I need to update to fw 3.60 to play the games in the XMB. The game doesn't have any sprx etc files.

What did I do wrong?

About the np key i have in code format, i am looking for the already converted key to use with cygwin cause, i know if i have them i know i can fix patches properly .. If i dont figure out how to convert the key i will try & find out or wait for E3 if they give that out then i know exactly what to do until then i need the key to use with the tools i use.

Wish eboot mod had your code in it to deal with up-to-date sprx/self/eboot.bin.

The npdrm 360 key is needed for this . For DISC sprx look in to magic package it can convert a elf back to sprx for disc games..

I can still try to do the mw3 patch that is not properly fixed .I will look tomorrow in to that .If i can, i can make all conversions..

Its npdrm sprx, they are from game updates. I'll download magic_pkg and i'll also look into some pointers given on another forum later on, thank you for your time, if anything new does come up please do share, thank you

Here,i converted the keys for you.
I tried them with the CoD update eboot and they worked fine.
Since unself was asking for the private key too i just renamed the 3.55 one and it worked(so people don't go thinking that i have the 3.60 private key)
