I dont know if there is a post just with the eboots that work, but i think that it would be a good idea to have 1, with the info of the game like game name/ region and eboot download link plus the patch if you need it.

I remember someone someone asked for definite confirmation of working fixes. well i can confirm that Dark Souls BLES01402 works perfectly on Kmeaw. just install the official BLES01402 1.05 PATCH, then install the patch fix, remember to edit param.sfo to 3.55, and you're done!

The Mediafire link works fine, going to use it on my BLUS30476 version after editing param.sfo to change versions. will confirm if all goes well. Thanks again.

Tested and working :

Dead island american blus eboot fix works with Europe bles version . Replace eboot, run game, update to 1.04 then replace eboot on USB and ps3 game folder and works. If you don't update the game it gets stuck . don't know the Game ID or have links at the moment I'm in the pub but it's the fix someone listed on here
