Scenes have always had products that have been created in part by free and open source code or completely stolen code. You cannot jumble all of the developers into a magic hat and claim they are stifling innovation from withholding what-have-you from the public and since you do not control anyone, but yourself it's implausible to demand every PS3 hacker release what they know into the public. In addition not every PS3 developer is keeping secrets from you and there's no big conspiracy to keep CFW users at 3.55.

The TB serves a purpose and if you want to buy one then whatever. I don't care. It's just another modification product. Blah, blah stolen this, stolen that. Look in the mirror before you try to justify your hatred of the TB due to it's supposed use of stolen code.

Granted the TB is crap. I'd never buy one, but not due to how it was created, but how limited it is when it comes to game compatibility. The product sucks and I'm glad to see it getting put to rest by these C2D and 3.60 developments. It should teach the TB Team a thing or two about what they did wrong.

Addressing your piracy statement that's it's only a side effect and it's not what the scene is about. I think you should go read the front page of this site and think a little bit about what you just said. Specifically, the post with all of the cracked copyrighted/illegal eboots.

All of the people who said they didn't care about free games are now devouring them. It was popular to say it before when bashing the TB, but now that they can have a bunch of new games they are on a hacking/leeching spree.

Do I think I am better then them? Well, I didn't spew that "anti-TB I don't care about warez" crap then suddenly start grabbing 3.60 games. When it comes down to it in this situation I am the better women. However, I do not think I am a better person overall as I'm sure there are some handsome young college kids with a great IQ leeching games, but they as mentioned before are now full of crap.

Sure, lots of people want to see TB gone. Whether that happens or not remains to be seen.
Isn't it nice to see people on here helping each other and working together instead of arguing and flaming? CEX2DEX and the 3.60 key leak have changed things around here for the better IMHO.
It seems like you might prefer the drama more though.
