2. The CFW and the OFW are same size (megabytes) or I downloaded bad files ??

1 either is fine, but recovery is recommended.

2 KMEAW is 174,682, OFW 3.55 is 174,698

dont use 3.55 kmeaw anymore / the patches in it are outdated

the best cfw is the one you made yourself...

if you dont know how.. just use a actual cfw like the latest rogero 3.4

KMEAW ftw I've used it since day 1, but if you want to upgrade, downgrade and do more rogero 3.4 looks pretty safe (not dex fw)
