Sorry, its just my perspective, I'm just telling it how I see your posts.
I dont like TB: I hate their DRM bull, I dont really care about 99% of these patches, but I'm glad I can play my portal 2 disc backup on my CFW machine now.

I'm sorry,
@jennys
, I can't take someone seriously if they defend DRM dongles. You're wrong on the issue, end of story. Deal with it. Speaking strictly for myself, I am neutral on the issue of piracy, and 100% against TB and their ilk. Look at the leaks we've had in the PS3 scene in the last month, this info has been known, and guarded, for over a year. By people who turned it into a piracy-for-cash business. While leaving the drooling masses with the option of updating and loosing homebrew/old backups to play new games, or paying them (the dongletards) 60 bucks for the privilege of running newer games. (Oh, and no peek/poke homebrew either) This is what stalled the scene for a year and a half, and no argument you can make in defense of any of these [facts] will excuse your defense/support of TB. It took two *whopper* leaks to get us back on track. We were intentionally held back so Certain People could extort money out of us for a while. How do you defend that?

On another point, yes backups are illegal in the UK and US, but then the publishers cannot have it both ways!
Either they sell us the disc and the right the back up our legally bought products. Or if they insist that we have bought a license, to replace the disc when it becomes faulty. But then again as we've bought a license we should be able to copy the disc as we did not buy the disc, we bough a license.
