you have unzipped it, renamed it to Lv2diag.self
and put it on the root of usb-stick? shut down fsm with xmb put usb stick in (the port near the drive the rightest one) then power on ps3 ???

Well...I extracted the Lv2Diag_exit.self from the DEX version of FSM Tool PKG, maybe this can help you.....
Rename it to Lv2Diag.self and put it in the root of the USB Flash drive.

The scary part was, I had the YLOD on the ps3 for a good 5 seconds before it rebooted. Scary as hell. |

Glad you fixed your issue, however, there is no FSM for DEX. Besides, you used the proper FSM tool for your firmware

Offtopic:Thats what i like in ps3hax,2 hours ago a normal user had a problem and the thread had already 3 pages of comments and his issue is resolved.Nice!

I think there is no difference between lv2diag.self created by dex or cex version of the app. Just make sure that you put file provides by zaphod in root of your usb flash drive and insert it in closest to blu ray drive usb port on your ps3. Also make sure that filename it's exactly lv2diag.self.
