are you using a fimware spoofer, if not try this Rebug Spoofer, then try the game again

I have backed up the game from original disk bles in my internal drive, can I transfer from internal to external then add the fix. Im on kmeaw cfw 3.55

Reading this thread and you guys are really making hard work of something that is so simple.

You do not need to install 1.01 followed by 1.02 and you do not need to use a external drive.
Dead easy if you have USA version you install BLUS30838 PKG if you have Euro version you install BLES01433 PKG.
In MM you press game settings for MW3 and check internal and check BD Mirror.

If you get message update firmware its because you are running standard 3.55 ( kmeaw ) and PARAM.SFO is looking for 3.72

You spoof firmware to 4.21 or better still use rogero 3.4 firmware.

Wrong you can use internal drive and BD mirror, Dean fixed this with version 4.0.0
