I have downgrade my slim PS3 to Rogero CFW 3.55 with spoofer 3.70 and i want to convert CEX to DEX using this method. Can i play original Disk like Divel My Cry HD without upgrade the Firmware to 4.20...?!

No, you still must upgrade FW, but on DEX that is not a problem, since you can update and downgrade all you want. No hardware needed.

on 3.55 you can use multiman and play everything just like kmeaw. on 4.20 dex you can play the newest games with a 4 game maximum using ps3gen.

What do you mean when you said 4 game maximum using ps3gen ?! Is it mean i can choice any 4 backups game i want to play it and i can change this 4 game anytime i want ? Is the backups game mean backups game only or backups game and PSN game like ( ps1 and ps2 psn ) ?!

You can "burn" 4 ps3 games to your usb device just as long as its big enough.
Then using ps3gen you can select which one is the default one and that one will load when you turn the ps3 on.

to elaborate a bit I wouldn't bother using that method for older/fixed PS3 titles cuz multiman does work on 3.55DEX CFW.
