Ok I have the latest multiman installed and I have a usb formatted to fat32 (8gb) so i made a folder in the root called "GAMES" and put the game(kung fu panda 2) in the games folder but multiman cant recognize the game? it does not show up at all in any of the menu styles: so I located the eboot using multimans file manger then booted up the game and it worked fine? But multiman wont detect the game on the usb for some reason can some please help I have this problem for a couple of weeks know and i cant seem to find the answer (i am not a total noob). I have also tried pressing square to cycle threw game genres but it still does not work. does any one know what is wrong and will this happen to all games? I have been trying to find the answer but still no luck
but at ps3hax you all seem to be pros at this stuff :D so could any off you help me point me in the right direction

Assuming you clicked refresh, perhaps the location multiman looks for games in your settings was changed.

I'm not home to confirm, but I believe there is option in multiman(if in xmb style settings is on the left side) you could always rename the folder to GAMEZ as that is usually the other common option

Recently Ive had the same problems with multiMAN and handled the situation with the similar methods you listed but my problem was very simple. My external hdd was HOT, so after I unplugged it from my console and let it cool down my games appeared again in the game list for multiMAN.

or try rogero manager to see if it's a problem in multiman.
maybe you made a mistake with the folder structure. it should look something like this : /GAMES/BLES01287/PS3_GAME/ |

Check the options ini for the game/GAMEZ/GAMES paths.
