Is the issue they are 3.7x or that they have extra layer of crypto and need bruteforcing like @Asure found out?

The Retail Version is 3.73 But the PSN Version is 3.60
Don't know why he cant fix it.

Very likely, there was a TB patch so just a matte of a couple of weeks tops if releases continue at current rate.
