Firstly, like I said before, nobody is innocent (and thus there's no point in finger-pointing), and that's what I was hinting at in the comment you've quoted.

Secondly/lastly, I understand that the developers/end-users are OBVIOUSLY two different groups and thus have different priorities in life, but having said that, when either party sees a whole load of nonsense, of course they're going to react accordingly - e.g. developers seeing stupidity from the end-users and end-users seeing the arrogant attitudes of said developers.
