This just added more confusion by saying 4.20 is the lowest downgrade even tho its 4.21 not only that but you have to be a member to see the banner it should be on the homepage without being a member but don't forget you were new once and full of questions

 typo.@Nova89 like @japsander said. Not anybody can post, you can't post as a guest. You have to register in order to post, etc. The banner follows you and gets imprinted into your retina with those colors. xD
