on downgrading consoles ,i have to my account 76 nor ps3 and 19 nand.
i have the three methods (teensy,progskeet and e3 flasher.
let me tell that the first thing i tried was the e3 supposedely the easiest and fastest.guess what ? i was never been able to dump correctly ,the blue light never fully blink which means the clip is not correctly installed or not reading from the nor chip.as for progskeet .if you know how to solder its the best thing you can buy for downgrading.also for nor checking forget the kiddie verification that says in hexd if the word IFi is there then your nand is correct.double check at ps3devwiki every part of your nand.also always dump 3 times and compare them,cause when you start flashing there s no going back.
i always advice to practice soldering (its very fun!) .must be a motherboard laying somewhere in your garage.train on it .
the satisfaction is really great,who knows maybe it becomes a hobby.
moral of the story: double check nand.if yousing e3 flasher make sure its well clipped on the ship cause thats a one mothefocking annoying clip.

ON NAND you have TO SOLDER. USING PROGSKEET OR TEENSY
this is wrong the TEENSY++ is for NOR NOT NAND
and when you have a NAND console then the ProgSkeet Should be clipped as the test points cannot be used.

no it wasnt Noraliser for NOR (now @judges has taken this and created NorWay for the TEENSY++) and Infectus for NAND was the first.
