Downgrade CECHL04 4.20 CEX
Hello guys.I would like to ask if there is a way to downgrage my CECHL04 ps3 from 4.20 to 3.55 ? If i need a flasher,from where do you suggest to buy e3 from Europe ?
Can i change to Dex from 4.20 Cex,to downgrade,too ? |

Then it can be downgraded from 4.21 to 3.55 etc and can it be turned to DEX through the various NOR tutorials on this site.
