Sadly, education systems influenced by governments want to control you during your life as much as possible therefor using public schooling to "dumb-down" people to the point where they are dependent on others to come to their own conclusions or think for themselves.

When someone who has been taught to make their own way comes into contact with these "new age" sheep they decry and respond with anger due to the frustration of not knowing how to start or finish their own thought processes. Examples of this are when people are confronted with questions about their opinions, beliefs, ideals and they have the slightest clue what THEY believe OR WHY and then will in turn grow angry with you resulting in even more childish behavior.

These poor people buy into anything they see, hear or read and think that having an ego or opinion that differs to "what everyone else believes in" is somehow wrong. They also think that since they have been handed the answers all their life that it will continue to be like that and sadly they hoard together and feed off each other while all the time confined by their twisted views of self entitlement.

Nothing is free and no one owes you a damn thing. When someone gives you something instead of complaining that it doesn't work the way you want why not try constructive criticism, dealing with it by either settling or fixing it yourself. That is not what happens, people complain, and moan, and whine, and curse, and accuse and rot in their own little puddle of feces.

WAKE UP!

What does government have to do with plain old laziness?

This isn't the fault of the government or anyone else, perhaps the internet (due to instant gratification), but it still is just plain old laziness.

I am pretty sure she/he/it is a troll. Seems to disagree just for the sake of disagreeing. Having your own opinion is fine. Changing it in order to be different than someone elses is retarded.

Whether she plays Devil's advocate for the sake of disagreeing or not, which is irrelevant when valid points are being added into any discussion, @jennys 's posts are great reads.

I find it Jennys always is the devils advocate in every post I read by her/him. This annoys me a little, the posts are written with intelligence, just that the subject matter of them seems to disagree with known facts. Or, like in this case, a conspiracy theory for something easily explained.

Is trolling defined by responding to another person's statement without posting massive insults along with expletives, animated GIFs and unrelated material to what was posted? I think that's the entire point of the reply button.

I have also not changed my opinion about anything regarding the statement as I only replied to it once - so how could I change my opinion? Even if I did it's my right to change it and it's an opinion so there is no right or wrong; only how you react to it.

Additionally, your response of simply disregarding my entire post whilst calling it "trolling" makes various points I originally posted even more valid. Can't you address what I posted instead of attacking me for posting a reply to someone else's statement when I clearly didn't "troll".

You coming into a conversation and simply calling me a "troll" when there has been no such activity makes you and implying I'm doing things that are not true.... well, let's see; oh, that makes you the five letter word; in this instance at least.

Next it's time for someone to start posting that I am starting drama. So let's recap, shall we?

(1) Post is made that I find interesting
(2) I reply to the post in an non-obscene or trolling manner
(3) I am accused of trolling (reason unknown, I guess the troll couldn't understand my post)
(4) I defend myself in a logical manner
(5) It's your turn to post I'm think I'm better then everyone, that I troll/spam all of the time (See #1-4)

Why not try something different like responding to my post or just ignoring it. There's no need to call me names and speak badly about me because (see #1-4). You're only showing your true colors by your replies; which isn't a bad thing. I love VBulletin's [ignore] feature.
