No. JFW is only possible through an update from a 3.55 CFW console. It is also totally pointless and a pain to downgrade from.

No its only for an update from 3.55 which some consoles with 3.56 can't downgrade so why not if we have the keys for 3.56 not make a cfw for those who are stuck

I get the picture, I have gotten it for a while now. @Annelies apparently didn't so I clarified it for him/her.
