Rofl. Went out for couple of hours and returned with this mass lulz ensued posts.

Anyway, here's what I think (I put myself in danger for another ban, eh). PS3Hax used to have good articles, good frontpages posts - with pictures (mainly made by Greg), good interviews ( minus that crappy gitbrew donation sucking inteview), some understatable post - something legit. Nowadays, it's full of grammatical errors ( and I don't give a shi- about if its not his native language) - some poorly written stuff, no related PS3 News (looking at you GTA thread), mods banning people left and right for stating opinions (like me few days ago where I got banned for posting an opinion and got in return - by a 'super' mod - insults (very professional) and then, later got unbanned by a moderator because his action was unjustified etc..

Anyway, GaryOPA knows how to make news posts - You can hate him all you want (and rightfully so) but frontpage thread are mostly quality stuff with pictures, links, source and etc.

Banning people like GraVox/Squarepusher/dean won't help you at all. You are starting to lose some prominant developers to stop further developing over some random 'supermod'. Starting to feel more and more like the PSX-Scene/PS3N E W S Banning era).

They helped more than 99% of this site ever did - banning them because of their allegations against a mods/whatever has literally no place to be there and it ain't going to help the scene move forward.

Funny how you guys didn't ban Mathieulh for his trolling during all those previous month and he was CLEARLY trolling everyone and you guys knew it.

My God, even I could do a better job modding that place....

I just found this thread and I have to say, the bans were rightfully carried out. I do not care who they are, these people just gave a big FU to the whole of PS3hax, started name calling and other sorts of bull****.

Perhaps there are a lot of noobs here, perhaps you are tired of answering questions left and right, but that does not give you the right to belittle everyone else and act like you were a gift from god to the hacking community.

I am starting to see more and more what kind of backwards developers this scene seems to have. The community is not the problem here, it is the willingness of the devs to keep things going. Lie, deceive, obscure, and belittle seem to be the principals they go by.

Gravox snapped and i don't even mentioned him. Same happened with Deank.
They SNAP for X reason. That i don't know, neither i care.

This is the part that i don't understand, if im such a d0uche, n00b, retard, etc (you name it).
Why engage a fight with me if im *nothing* on HAX only a moderator and s-mod?.

My opinion has no *weight* (SIC) at all, compared to this *gurus*:

1) Square = RetroArch (not entirely his code) If he is butthurt it's not my problem.

Problem is any thread the guy went, he started to flame/insult everybody for not accepting a simple fact = He IS INSECURE about his work.
If he has issues or low self esteem problems im not a shrink im a moderator as any member of HAX staff.

2) Gravox = He is from crunch, i don't know what happened there but he just snapped about something I said.

Thing is:

If what im saying it's not TRUE, why jump, insult and disrespect me?.
Then I have to understand then that my words have weight, like it or not.
If what i said touched some nerve, i noticed that most of the likes on posts *harassing* my virtual persona are from crunch members.
(Gdrive, pete_uk, etc as many others).

I cared (that time) about square attitude on the board, and if you use search button. I told him 2 times (warned him too) that i can relate that time on what he was saying but he keep on going spitting HIS truth all over the place.

In Gravox case, i don't know. Maybe he is butthurt too...
I don't care if devs laughs at me, etc, etc.

But im not the one in fault here.

They snapped, not me.

I will not deny it: I did not like seeing gravox acting this way, I've always been a fan of his posts (and avatar). I still do not understand why he did not send a PM to hellsing, or even used the feedback section to speak his mind instead of attacking hellsing9 directly. But who am I to make judgments? I was not happy seeing him almost asking to be banned. I just stopped in front of my screen and kept wondering: Why?

I still want to believe that hes a good guy on a bad day, but i think now its too late

Not just him, Square and the others too. Seems like they wanted to be banned. You don't just keep going and bashing people on a forum without consequence, everyone knows this.

You (or whoever banned Gravox) are absolutely right (imho) banning him, he asked for it. What I do not understand is WHY he suddenly freaked out that way in public. He did not make a criticism, he attacked you directly.

As @Cheesethief said (and I agree 100%) "You do not just keep going and bashing people on the forum without consequence."

Basically, it was something ugly to see.

Perfect, they wanted the situation to end this way.
Gravox even was warned by Pirate, and he keep on going with childish insults.
In gravox's case, he even ignored Pirate warning. So that lead me to think that he don't give a damn about being banned.

If they want out (i think something similar happened on crunch with gravox) you don't have to go and break any rule possible. Just don't post or ignore.
Easy.

Funny fact: This kind of problems started when the 3.60 keys got released or *leaked*.
