Did you install every framework 1.0/2.0 + service packs for framework 1.0/2.0 ,etc From Microsoft update ? You should not have any issues with XP at all . I been using this & other for over 6 months easily..Try doing windows update + mircosoft update to see if there are software updates + important updates .Try custom first to see if there are service pack 2.0 fix updates, etc

Thumbs down

this is just weird, it works on WIN7 using compactibility mode "win2000" and only with internet cable out

blocking the app internet access/firewall doesn't give any block notification/aka asking for internet access but it won't work
pulling the plug and using in win2000 works fine, nasty tactics to phone home, they must get a boner about that, anyway weird option, app looks nice tho once running

i have 2.3 version and it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. It makes sense that it is because it is connecting to their site. But i tried this new version and it wont work period. I can occasionally get 2.3 version to work but the disconnecting from internet trick wont work for me either. This application is more trouble than it is worth. Is there another tool to make a package?

i think that has to do with the app checking for a working internet connection, firewall does not prevent that, i just doesn't let it connect
funny call home functions..why, if they incorporated an 'update' button to check manually..
i for one do not use it when connected period...

I was getting nervous to easly so that why i wrote something completly unsure. Windows XP is a relicve, new games releases doesnt even support XP anymore. I'm running on XP because for some reasons i got that freaking blue screen error from nvidia newer drivers when i play a game on newer OS (''nvlddmkm.sys'') Soon i will dump NVIDIA and move to ATI. Wasted money, huh. P.S. My eng sucks soo bad
