If i remember correctly e3 promised to release the keys to decrypt all the latest games and not just 3.60 so i don't think that they are the leaker.
What's more a little after the keys were released somebody else called the leaker an idiot and said that, after finishing some tests, they were going to release the 3.72+ keys within a month too.

My theory about the leaked keys:
It was not from E3 but from someone else quite famous around the scene. Indirectly that user (i admire) already declared (not in fancy) to have such keys ( a couple of months later but i m sure there are reason and better now than never)

If it was E3, i don t understand why they didn t released from their name, Sony is not going after them and if so, they already released couple of eboot enough to make a case.

Since the leak happened only a couple of days after e3's announcement i think it must have been someone who was just sitting on the keys all this time and didn't want e3 to get all the glory.
This scene is full of e-fame whores so it's quite hard to guess who was the real leaker.

Just to make sure i m not complaining or saying the user i suspect is bad person:
I will agree with the first part, about the one i suspect (but i suspect a lot recently ) i was a bit incorrect on my previous sentence. It was more from reading what that user wrote, it s imply to have the keys (but at that time it was written, you can think about something else)
So that info was may be accidentally or means originally early but it don t matter (there are not forced leak or so, and that user might have keep it for good reason)
The last part of the sentence ....if that user was like this, about fame, the keys were already released long time ago but fortunately / unfortunately, it s contrary to seeking fame.
If my theory is right (and i got a lot of theory), the release of keys were done in a good way to avoid e fame. and the user i suspect have the capability for that sort of infos, not doubt.

I doesn't matter who released the keys. The good thing is the keys are now public and the scene has progressed
