Nope, but the keys were posted in english (a hunch) by a user who handles very well spanish. (and not rola (works) or anything like that from DH).

Now it's E3 move (like a chess game) and it's damn slow xD

I don't think E3 did it nor do I think anyone was sitting on the keys. I think none of it is connected as the leaker managed to discover the keys around the same and released them anonymously to avoid prosecution. If you're into hacking for the competition then you earn your fame and this anonymous leaker sure indeed did (if that is the case).

So, he managed to find the keys just after e3 announced that they were going to release them?
What a coincidence....i think not!
He was so good an hacker that he managed to find and release the 3.60 keys but not good enough to find and release the 3.72+ keys!?(the method should be the same so this is pretty strange)
Seems more like to me that someone just wanted to steal the spotlight from e3,and at the same time without giving too much to the users, with an incomplete release.(only 3.60 keys and only the public ones)

In any case the clock is ticking away and it won't be long before we see who is going to respect their promises.

Wait if DemonHades just left you think maybe it was him? He speaks spanish and posted at spanish site. It could have also been someone who worked with DH and that the reason for the username and maybe demon betrayed him so he released these.
