I meant as long as you don't change TargetID to DEX you should be good to go.

If all you're after is other region, you can do that with CEX and the latest multiman (at least it works with rebug) for bluray, haven't tested DVD though but bluray works..

I notice that too. If change to a desired region (Region A) in mM. After changing, exit mM, insert Blu-ray (Region A) , it should work?

I wonder what mM does to change region? I wonder does mM uses TargetID?

I'm not sure if after changing it in MM the PS3 would reboot or just exit, but I do know that after changing it you'll be able to play Region A discs until you change it back.. Ofcourse in the end it would be even nicer if we didn't have to change the region at all, but I'll settle for changing, don't have many Different region discs anyways..
