Metal gear solid Hd Collection Fix -Help
Hi guys Hope someone can help me, i am currently trying to run Metal Gear solid hd collection, via multiman and keep getting error code 8001007. I have installed the UP0101-BLUS30847_00-MGSHDPATCHFIX101.pkg and this made no difference. Can someone please upload the original eboot.bin and parm.sfo i would be very grateful. Also if this helps im currently on 3.55 Dex with peek/poke and other fixes work but i am having problems with this one.

did you edit the param.sfo for 3.410000 or whatever? if not perhaps you need a spoof?
EDIT you are on DEX 3.55 fixing a 3.60/3.72 game for 3.55.. im not sure mate, you used the dex update or the retail?

I used the dex firmware that allows retail installs, portal 2 and saints row the third fixes worked although I had a similar problem with saints row and someone uploaded their original eboot/param.sfo. That seemed to fix saints row so I thought that it may be able to solve my problem with metal gear. The param.sfo says 3.55 in multiman so im assuming that its been modified to work with lower firmwares.

Ok after spending most of my day trying to get this to work i have hit a wall, the game that I have is the EU version BLES01419 and the patch i have been trying to install is for BLUS30847. Is there any way to convert the patch, because i have tried quite a few things and nothing seems to work. Also I tried looking for an EU update with 3.60 keys but the lowest one was update 1.03 with 3.70 keys. If anyone has any input as I have fun out of options

i tried the same thing yesterday...at the end i extracted the update pkg and placed the files via ftp into the right folders....nothing worked so i grabbed the other MG Verson and will try later.... with my new rogero 3.55 DEX :D

i dont how to get this game working...since i have DEX i think the interall hdd now is useless ??!? But this game has big files and i cant start it from externall hdd. is there anyone that can help out ???

i am not 100% sure but i think with DEX you cant play games/backups from internal hdd....i read it on another forum.
Metal Gear is on my internall hdd because of the big files...on external it will split up those files....in multiman i cant see metal gear....may be iŽll check it with another game... |
