Perception has everything to do with it and that's why it's hard to please everyone. Somebody might find a loaf of bread in a grocery store offensive, and then what? Are grocery stores to stop supplying bread?

I agree @Honcho and that's what makes this world one tricky place. Mental harm is a very controversial subject.
