No, it doesn't work like that.

DUPLEX have removed the wrapper TB have placed on the eboot (the check for the dongle).

There's no method being exposed that will be patched by Sony.

I think the confusion comes from TB using duplex rips to add their DRM. Most torrent sites package them together....

TB removed the keys and replaced them with their own, Duplex removed TB's keys (aka drm) and patched with known 3.55/3.41 keys.

Sony can't do anything, nor can TB.

I can see your point, @GregoryRasputin . However, we said from the get go at xscene that ISO playback was to be left to someone else to do.

Psx backup playback on CDR was a by product of sony's fail in trusting the client (XMB) implicitly (again) and not doing country code checks in the emu, not something we were driving for--or one we announced as a feature. ;-)

Yeah...but just because you didn't want ISO loading doesn't mean we didn't.

I'd say the We count's for 99.99% of people and the you counts for about 10 people. ....

Besides in absolute terms taking individual opinion aside. Cobra still does a lot we can't do without it.

Absolutely, it will be a 3.55 based cfw with 1.0-3.61 keys working.
