Sorry to disappoint you but they only claim to have cracked TB DRM, its kinda the same that the dongle clones have done before.

And true to what they mention, they have only released EBOOTs that were already available to TB users, they havent released nothing new. And so, they still need TB to release the EBOOTs, if they do not know the method that TB uses to get hold of the EBOOTs before putting DRM into them then they depend on TB as well. And DRM can be changed, like they have done to prevent clones from using their EBOOTS, what is necessary to get rid of TB is the method they use to get the EBOOTS in the first place
