E3 Nor Clip wont stick after 10001100 error. - YouTube

Can someone tell me what's wrong with my clip? It seems like it's too small. Maybe i'm doing something wrong.

Hold one side down all the way and apply some pretty good pressure on the other side. This is the one case where pressure is a good thing. Obviously don't bend the mobo, but it does take some good pressure. You should hear a click when it is on. Then I suggest you tape something close to a 1/2 thick ontop of the clip after the clip is taped down good. That way it will have constant pressure on it once the ps3 is back together

I've tried that countless times, and again just now. It isn't working.

Read what @playerkp420 just told you to read. I am 99% sure that it isnt too small, as all nors are the same size and same with the clips. It is just one of those things that is a pain the first couple of times. My first one I literally took the ps3 apart like 6 times to get it right. Since then I have done multiple other consoles both fat and slims, and I get it first try. Shaving the side of the clip a little does help. Read the post that was linked

Yeah, this is my 6th time too. I read that thread before but just missed the part about the case pressing up against the nickels so didn't understand it. I'm trying it right now.

Yep they are very annoying to click in. I think I did it by bending the clip outwards a little so it could be more open BUT DO NOT TRY THIS, I haven't used that device before so it could break it
