No there isn't any clones of the E3 Flasher. Its legit and it's a great deal.

Progskeet get a clip with it. Teensy++ 50+ wires soldered or if you follow @baileyscream thread about his flasher guide he has a clip for it. Also @racer0018 has a teensy++ service for installation for cheap.

Progskeet is really fast, but it is less noob friendly. Teensy++ is cheap and also a good choice if you know what ou are doing. The e3 is the easiest for noobs other than the damn solder less clip. It isn't made very good IMO. But I have used it on dozens of consoles and it works good after you figure out the best way to apply it.
