If the fix for MW3 says 1.03 does that mean I must update to 1.03 first or it will update to a patched 1.03 from my 1.0?

Oh, and are these mods or simply fixes so we can play on 3.55? What is spoofed to 9.99, the firmware or the patch?

It is the full patch & if you had any patch installed prior to this especially sonys installed being the param/patch version is 372 .Since the param is not edited like my fix & you had tried to run the game with sonys patch ? Then check out the other thread for more answers.

Straight & simple you install this & make sure the game you backup has the param.sfo changed to 03.40 ..Also i had a report the game actually ran from the DISC .

There is more than one thread here about this for answers .I am up all night almost every day & very busy ,i help more than 1 person at a time on many sites + MSN ,so you will have to check out the original threads for answers if i can not attend to your questions 123. I can not be every where at once ,if i could i would be robbing banks & getting rich & doing magic shows !

Also i have that game you speak i can not locate a patch for that ID find it & send me the link. I have looked. The game might actually use the BLUS patch i already made but maybe not .I know black ops prestige edition had a different game ID as i own it & it uses the BLUS30591 patch. Some games that are a special edition use the same patch as another "same" game i have noticed.

Try finding somebody with the DUPLEX version & nicely ask them for there eboot+param.sfo +2 self files .Then back up yours & try to replace the files with yours & see if it works with the BLUS patch i made .

The patch is to play the game on CFW 341/355 that is what i patch fix is for. Also you will not see any update prompts if connected to the internet when staring game .This i do to avoid accidental install of patches with higher firmware version .

Look at my answer it is to stop accidental updates from getting installed by the end user if your connected to the internet . If you are like many are you will not have to avoid the update every time .If you install any update higher than the 103 i made = the game will not work.
