That's the part that kills all of us on here that hear this all day long. The answer to this question is everywhere. There is a banner up top that just screams "click me" and if you do, voila. Your questions answered in a nutshell. Also, just search and you will find out the answer. No flasher, no downgrade. Simple. Flasher costs money, or you can pay someone to essentially use theirs. Pay to play.
