You'll have to downgrade to 3.55 using a hardware flasher (E3 Flasher or Progskeet).
But your console must came from factory with 3.55 or below.

hm so, and what if the console doesn't came original with this firmware?
is there any chance to get multiman or something else in this console? i'm a jackass to think that its as easy as you softmode a wii...? greetings |

But if it's CECH-3000, you're out of luck and your console can't be downgraded. There's no CFW above 3.55, that's because you'll have to downgrade. Jailbreak a PS3 is easier than softmod a Wii, but it's a little dificult to downgrade.

i also checked the lowest fw whats possible. as i posted its the 3.66 version! hm BUT, there is a user named kingkush an he posted here: http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=24187 that he has or had an link to a 3.66 cfw... i search for it but i can't find it. first day at this forum and so... i dont know were i hav to search... btw. thank you for you commitment.

THERE'S NO CFW ABOVE 3.55!
Read the banner! Everything above 3.55 it's fake or spoof. Unfortunately, you're out of luck, your console can't jailbreak neither downgrade to 3.55. I recommend you to stay on 4.21, enjoy PSN and other stuff.

thanks very useful thread but is there a hope for 4.xx cfw so i keep it or i just downgrade then wait for new versions ,,, ??
