Cech 3001A Can NEVER be downgraded to 3.55 Most are min 3.60
You may want to make the app clarify this.

@mrc1978 : I thought if someone used an app called "can my ps3 downgrade to 3.55" they would have already known their ps3 was over 3.55? I'll see what I can add. Thank you for the feedback guys
