Guys I have gone back to Rogero 3.55 DEX but can not install anything, Blackbox FTP and BDEMU just give errors and MM just freezes.

Any ideas ?

Are you sure you are on 3.55 DEX or if you got the right DEX FW?

If multiman freezes or kicks back to XMB it has to be something with the peek&poke or the wrong fw.

Rogero CFW (at least v1) doesn't allow retail package installation. So either you repackage it with psn_package_npdrm or you use another MFW which, additionally to the kernel patches, also allows retail package installation.
For that you can use MFW Builder and check the necessary patches or install , for example, itskamel's firmware (which was built with MFW Builder).

Ok got MM working using the right one now but when it startes it warns me about no payload.
How do I get BDEMU to install on DEX ?

Guys still having problems, install Rogero v2 and can now install the pkg's but when I start MM I get the message critical error MM can not access the backup folder use a different payload

Whats does this mean ?

UPDATE - Just install 4.5.0 and its taken away the error message but now MM will not see any games in games folder, I have refresh but no joy.
I can FTP to console and see game but MM wont find it
