So I replaced it.

Then I thought it was this on/off control switch board:
So I replaced it.

I have also replace all the ribbons and cables.
And I have reset the gears in many drives, that is not the problem.

i had some issue's too with stuff falling out, but got them back into place, anyway there's a service manual for the drive, you can see where all stuff belongs including schematics.
