You are right, if you pull out the BD (by pressing the eject button) the game quit normaly (no core dump).
I'm not sure that remove the BD-EMU USB cause a core dump but i haven't test it. I think that you have to remove the USB HDD in a precise moment.

It seems that you have to rebuild your database first before you get full coredumps because now I was able to dump my full core with multiman.

But hm what could be the precise moment where EVERY game crashes?

Easy enough to cause a crash, just hex edit a few bytes in a psarc archive that is used for installing game data on nearly most games. (well some anyway ) - edit - Just seen you said "every" sorry can't help there.

at the end of the dump filename you see EBOOT.BIN this tells you where the crash happened .... the crash that happened on showtime....the file ends showtime.self
remember have your DEX in system software mode or you wont get a dump
************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
im going to upload a 2 more dumps....try comparing the log files to see if there are anything common between them...

Edit: The file is damaged.. crc fails on ps3core-1344538975-0x01030200-EBOOT.BIN.tmp
