I have the reverters if you need them. For 4.20 and 4.21 Also do not update Yo will be stuck on 4.23 :S

could you explain to me how to use mfw builder please i cant seem to get it to work right. any help is apreciated thanks? also is there a way to somehow spoof the 4.23 firmware to sho that it is ofw 4.21? or spoof a 4.21 ofw to show that it is a 4.23/4.24 so that it is able to install if your on this 4.23 fw?

nope u just have to wait till 4.23 fw comes out , we dont know when it will be could be aweek could be 2 weeks could a be a month or even 2 .

i know, Dam.... can you tell me if i can use the e3 flasher on my ps3? its a cech 3001A model, with a 4.23 (promotional) update. and if so, will i be able to re install my dlc's and get to play call of duty: black ops & socom 4 online again by downgrading to ofw 4.21? thanks for the advice!!

No you Cannot. Sorry. 3xxx Models are unhackable At the moment.Try the 4.21 reverter in recovery menu and it might work.
