I've played the demo and i never saw such graphics , fantastic job in that part but the game is difficlu to play, the players are always in the ground

TB being cracked has nothing to do with this. PS3 is wide open for those smart enough.

With Madden being a 4.21 game, correct me if I'm wrong -- but I don't think that there is any way to run it, even on a 4.20 DEX, even with a retail disc.
