looks good to me, ros0 = 355cfw and ros1= 411ofw
don't u have an original one from before u downgraded, the first one ofw, then try to erase the nor and write it back in flash fun+e3_downgrade..or do u have dual boot on it, those usb no power/no hdd activity errors and solutions on the wiki is causing from dual boot/A/B cut etc....

 Blackscreen with no hdd activity and only hard reset possible (no brick)

    resolder SBCE -> A / cut A/B properly
    restrip contacts on the backside of the E3 Flasher (they must not touch the metal casing) they have to be isolated very good .. they are very sensitive and cause a lot of errors
    if the E3 flasher is not connected, also ALWAYS disconnect the clip otherwise blackscreen because of A/B Cut .. 

In case your usb ports are still working:

    3.55 ONLY: use the rsod/brickfix lv2diag in Service Mode (helped my system a lot .. it booted to blackscreen 8/10 times; after using lv2diag 2/10 times)
    if using TBv2 please note, that instead of proper security they used loops to protect their product; try reinstalling the FW via recovery mode
    also dont use custom boot logos with TBv2 !!
    Reinstall KMEAW based "no-check" MFW via recovery mode, as Kmeaw based LV2 seems to have better compatibility with the with Lv1 no-check patches(Thx Rogero!) 

    if you have no success with the methods from above solder Tri/SBE and reflash a valid backup via flash fun mode (100000) 

Note: I installed the E3 on a 3.55 Cfw Ps3 and took a backup (3.55 dump) .. Then i updated to 4.11 took another backup (4.11 dump) and bricked later .. Reflashing the clean 4.11 backup(which was made long before the brick)resulted in the same black screen again .. also flashing a patched 4.11 dump ended in blackscreen .. But flashing the 3.55 dump (after flashing the patched 4.11 backup) did the trick and fixed the black screen problem .. After reformating the HDD i was back on 3.55 even though i was on 4.11 before

i bricked on 4.11, when i tried to do the one key dongrade method, never done dualboot, i dont have a backup of 3.55 and now i just cutted the thing between a and b and soldered a successfully to sbce now i just flashed my 4.11 backup and restarted the ps3 but still no hdd

and why cut A/B now?! the wiki shows that error (no hh activity/usb no power)happens with e3 dual boot, that's why i posted the link to it so u can try the solutions posted, anyways...

must say that i never used e3 dual boot, but not properly cutting the line between A/B wil give errors like explained on the wiki, in that list are other issues wich can cause this problem, it's easy to say from my side ; but u should not have cutted the line A/B if ur not dual booting at all right?! only when dual booting and giving this error could be because of the line A/B not cutting properly as explained on wiki, pls nxt time re-read before doing such things in a hurry..once again..easy to say for me, been there done that

anyway, if the line is properly cutted between A/B now, there is no problem/affecting the PS3 "AS LONG" u follow this advice>

below that is this info...looks like ur problem, the backup posted here is 355CFW/411OFW, the one in the PM is the original OFW dump??..lemme check it....

then do as below, but again not totally sure cuse he had a 355 backup, but a patched (355 coreos) on OFW backup must be the same right?!..i'll check the one u posted in the PM and wil patch it for u, i'm not responsable for any bricks tho..use at ur own risk or ask someone else if u don't trust, if u have proper backups i don't see why u can't fix it?!

ask euss or someone else nicely to patch the ros0-OFW355 offset part to OFW411, all per console data is intact, this should be fixable, but i'm not hxd master so can't help ya there, i wil patch the PM dump wich is identical as the one posted here into CFW355, more i cannot do, then u'll have a patched backup ready and to make it complete ask someone to modify the ofw355/411 into 411/411
