Best thing may have been to create a thread in the PS3 Help section and ask there, as topics like these fill up with responses quick and questions may get looked over and buried.

I get http error 500 or some shiz when I try to connect to my Windows media shares. (I'm on DEX) Is this normal, or is there any way to get my shares working again on DEX?

The metadata feature is friggin amazing and makes my movie collection look a lot more legit. It's also really good at figuring out which movie a file is even with all those crazy periods, underscores and release group names in it.
