game must have been signed with 3.60 keys (?) as it's an EBOOT fix & not an update pkg fix

The original game requires 4.10 firmware (this is what his param.sfo says)

Maybe is one of this games with a param.sfo containing a high version... but using an eboot.bin signed with lower keys
