Hii..iam using 4.11 dex...iam trying to connect target manager...made network settings..target manager detects my ps3 but when i try to connect...it takes some time trying to connect but at the end shows " comman failed "error...iam using wired connection...if anyone knows the steps..pls post the detailed procedure...thanks in advance...

Well, same problem here.
Target manager detects the IP but not the type of Dex.
When I manually set the type of DEX (DECHA00J,....) and add target.
Then it starts connecting. After 20 or so seconds I get:

Command Failed

"IP adress"

Command timed out

Command: ConnectToTarget (0x1100002a)
Result: 13
Qualifier: 0x0

What am I or doing wrong?

Check in XMB -> Debug settings if "Release Check Mode" is set to "Development Mode" and "Boot mode" is set to "System Software Mode", that you have "Network Settings for Debug" set to "Single Settings". Also make sure that you use WIRED LAN connection and not Wi-Fi.

yeah i had that propbley till i used lan connection

you can set up wifi for net brower etc and lan connection for target manager and use them at the same time which i only found out not long ago using duel settings and setting it up right

Yup, took some time for me too, to figure this out.. the dual-mode is pretty nice..
