you may be lucky that your clip isnt on correctly and so nothing important has been dumped then flashed back.
in which case you still have the same brick state.
but thats a long shot.

get your dump verified or upload it and post a link here for us to verify it for you. (the one you made before you patched it)

Like me and @baileyscream said, you can still get a dump as long as you haven't written over the bios. Post your original bios dump, unpatched and let us take a look or you can try yourself. For starters your metldr/bootldr need to be there or you will permabrick. Check what you have and see if they are good. Try to byte reverse and extract using Flowrebuilder and make sure all the necessary files are there and are the right amount. Use ps3devwiki for validating flash dumps.

i successfully debricked my console without making any backup of NOR !!

I just erased flash , then downgraded as per normal procedure ,using 3.55 original firmware will write correct info to NOR.

if you didnt make any backup then what did you downgrade with????

if you erased the NOR then the console wont boot

if you used 3.55fw then how did you get it on the ps3? it wont boot to allow the update!
