exclusive news is when no other channel can get the report aprt from 1 channel . which makes the other chanel get the news from the channel who got the report 1st . but if all the channels can get the report at the same time then it wont be exclusive

Posting news about a release on another site regardless if you're the first to post it does not make you the official source. The official source is where the original releases, files, etc ... where posted. Just like a site posting about a tweet from a famous developer - they might of been the first (that you know of) to post about the tweet, but the tweet is the original source and if p*iso posted the news about the Tweet first it's not an exclusive, but they are just the people to post about it first.

Now, if the news poster here at ps3hax is supposed to post the source of their news be it in our own forums or another site. If the poster of this article got found the file on the wiki then that would be the source. It all depends on where you find the news. Of course, sites like ps3*news rarely quote any source and pretend it's theirs which any news poster could do. It's totally viable that the poster of this thread found the news on p*iso, but then decided to skip listing them and went to their source which is not the way things are supposed to work, but I do not know the specifics.

Case in point; the source is the place the release came from or the place you read about where it came from.

Also, if you're posting news about dex 4.21 and you found the article on p*iso and saw the source was the wiki then you would not post the source as the wikie and post p*iso. That way the person must go to p*iso (your source) and then find the original through thier articles (assuming they included it). You do not skip the news source and post the final destination as that violates Journalism Standards on publishing sourced content.

So in the end if this news poster didn't visit p*iso, but only the Wiki and then listed the Wiki as the source there is no problem. You cannot expect the news poster to check every single scene related site for news before/after checking the wiki.

Okay, lastly; if the dex 4.21 was released on p*iso and not anywhere else first then p*iso would be the original source which then the wiki should of credited.
