Ive got Some Solicitors the deal with this type of thing
Problem is I Wont get Legal aid if they score him as a PIT BULL

Im NOT To Sign anything if they do Take him That way they have to Take me Court

Theres a chance I Can go Prison

They need a warrent wednesday to Take my dog of me from my house
which I Believe they will have.

I Will take DDAWATCH INFO guys They said they will help me Fight this!

BUT IT MAY COST A LITTLE BIT From a Mobile LOL But last thing on my mind was the cost of the calls! But They give us lots of Great advice and I Don't regret making the calls as they are great people and IMO I Was on the Phone getting GREAT Support I Feel was worth every penny Best to call from A landline or Call the Mobile Number from the DDA Watch Contact us Page, Just thought i would give people a heads up They seem to be mega busy ATM But i understand they must be worked of there Feet and they do have a Mobile number up you can call what I Will be Using Next time LOL Still They are VERY Helpful and I Still Recommend you contact them if in a Similar Situation as me as advice is invaluable to me and We was Talking for a quite a Long Time.. Sadly don't have papers for him
He is microchipped to US

Edit: Both My Staffies Got Seized under the Dangerous dogs act On the 11/09/12
Also Sadly it Looks like I Cant even export them out the UK If it Came to that :-(
Will update once know what Breed "TYPE" The Police decide my Dogs are

Its so sad that it had to come down to not being able to have certain breads in the UK also like the above post sad I wanna know if your okay and the dogs okay

I Love Animals as well You do Realise we are Talking about Pet Dogs?
Dogs Don't live wild in my Country and they Stay indoors as they are Part of our Family, I Know its not a Thing! Its A Pet Dog or Family to us!
Our Dogs are MORE Than happy the way they are Thanks!
Besides Staffies have only 1 coat of Furr and Would most likely not like being outside, But other than that I Agree WILD Animals should be kept how you described!

Dogs are BOTH Back home now
Although I Still have to go Court and fight to get REX Put on the DDA Exemption index Because he has been Identified as a Pitbull Terrier, BUT its looking good atm
We have the Police Dog Handler on our side too Now
REX PASSED THE AGGRESSION TESTS! Woot Woof LOL

Hope all goes well mate, I love Staffies and Pits, they are gentle-sweet misunderstood dogs.

If some idiots messed up the genetics and only breed the aggressive dogs for fighting (like dumbass Mike Vick) they should specifically target those kennels or sniff em out not just write off the breed as a whole.

I can't believe this kind of discrimination isn't classified as bigotry, animal or not.

I have a collie cross. She's a wimp, and other dogs tend to sense her fear.

One breed has never ever bothered her, and that's the many staffies around here. They're sweet, daft, lovely wee balls of muscle :P The only time I've seen anything be hurt by one was me, when a male (harley) came running up to meet my dog. It bowled into my legs and and I was on my arse in a second. Ended up diving on me for attention too. big sook!

Irresponsible owners are the problem. I see utter morons keeping german shepherds and akitas locked in a back garden, never walking them, and all I ever hear is the stories that they get out and massacre whatever they can.

I avoid only akitas and german shepherds when I walk my dog. Never staffies or pitbulls.

Thank god both dogs are okay what will happen to the pitbull if you loose in court will he get to go to a different family outside the UK? If so I'm sure a lot of people would take him in on this site so you don't have to go through the pain of putting him down. Hope everything works out in the end and the pitbull is safe.

If I Loose in Court From my Understanding The Judge will Give my Harmless Dog, A Destruction Order Basically Want Him put to sleep! Everything Would from my understanding be fine for a "Law-abiding citizen" to get a Pit-Bull License here in the U.K. For Someone like me who Brought a Staffordshire-Bull Terrier and Did not know they really had a Pit-Bull Terrier instead ONLY Problem for me is I Have a Criminal Record Sadly Much to my Regret Mostly from when I Was a Immature Teenager Nothing! About Animals, Woman or Kids! But I Do have a Record For Violence Against MEN And Assault on Police But they Beat ME A-Nuff in Custody For that And Some Other Offenses I Have is Twoc or TDA Basically Stealing Cars and Joy Riding and getting in Police chases But that was when I Was Mostly Between 11-15 years old Oh and I Stole my Teachers Moped from school BUT Like i said I Was Immature back then and Now I regret it A LOT!
I Stayed out of Trouble for about 9 Years Then Someone Was beating his Girlfriend up and my Mum tried to Stop Him So he spat in her Face and Strangled my mum until she Fell to the floor, So I Broke Both his Arms Now I Wont lie and I Told My Probation officer this too I Don't regret what I Did to that SCUM BAG, I Got Sent to Prison for 12 Months Only Thing I Regret was Not being at home with my Kids But Family is Family and I Don't Trust the Police and am NO Grass So I Rather sort stuff out Myself

I have looked Into Getting REX Deported and Sadly Most Airlines I Checked up on WONT Allow Transportation of a Pit-Ball Dog under Health and Safety or some other Excuse And I Don't even think a Judge would allow me to Either
Because they are seen as a Danger in my Country
Thanks to idiots and Media Hype about Pit-Bulls Being Bad When they are Not going by my REX Who Ive always thought was a Staffy So Have both my Vets
The RSPCA Who Micro Chipped Him Put down a Breed code on his Form which Means a Cross Breed BUT They never said anything about him Being Pit-Bull Type at the Time I have only Recently noticed That when looking Through all his Paperwork from Vets/RSPCA ect

Thanks I Hope everything works out As well mate I'm Now his Registered owner But he really is our children's Dog Because my Partner is too scared of going too Prison For a Dog we never realized was a Pit-Bull! I Still don't think he is a Full Breed Pit-Bull Terrier And feel the Experts might of Misidentified our Dog But I'm NO Expert So I Cant say anything He Was Brought for our Kids and Really is our children's Dog Although Now they will have to be 16 to Take Him out for a Walk

I Now walk my Dog When its Quite out Early B4 The morning Rush hour or late at Night When Not many People are out Because The Muzzle he has to wear Makes him look Aggressive When he ain't at all But people who see us Think differently and who can blame them, People use to let there kids Stroke REX But now they Keep far away unless of course they already Know him

So Basically My Mistakes in MY Life maybe What will End my Dogs Life
BUT I Will do all I Can to Keep REX At home with his Family
My Mum is Willing to ReMortgage her House to cover The costs of Court
And I Can Pay her Back After Because she knows Rex is Harmless
She is Even Happy to Put up all her Capital as Security to keep Rex alive
I'm not Really Even though I Know he wont do any bad thats Because its all her life's Earnings
BUT If it Come to that or Rex Staying Alive Then I Would have No other option
