If E3 team didn't got sued by cloning *move* kits (camera,etc) and their own hardware flashers...i don't find any logical reason of not doing a release with their team name all over the place..

They violated with those kits = Intellectual property.

For:

1) Infinity dongle = Using MATRIX team name to get a domain and promote NON-EXISTANT DRM device.
2) TB dongle = DRM instances where Piracy was/is condoned and never got sued neither. (Dead)

I hate to say this but TB isn't defeated yet ... Because to defeat it N0DRM must release the method used for decrypting TB eboots and release an detailed documentation on how the drm engine was implemented . Now it's the time to release it because if people keep it in secret , TB can comeback with the same or near the same drm protection.

If TB comes with another DRM device they will eventually get ****ed all over the place and i bet that they will have to invest more money in secure their own device than delivering something *better* to lure potential consumers.
They got ****ed once, i don't know if the *Magic recipe* was stolen, bought/etc but they grow weak and almost powerless.

Fellas, lets understand the situation a bit more... The E3 flasher is of no use against newer SKU's... so there's no point promoting them with the number of consoles on 3.55 dwindling considerably.. same goes for any dongle existing :lmao: Also, $ony is not happy either as mostly everyone now wants a 3.55 SKU so their sales are getting hit.. and PSN only is so much $$.. in time the wall will fall and something will slip through..

if they are released the method, and it was not DRM TB,
TB team will laugh at them, right ?

my opinions, for TB is not dying,
they'll be releasing CFW 3.55 v3, and it'll be supporting for N0DRM/DUPLEX eboot too

oh wait a minute, did I say, already above, that TB dongle also could be running with N0DRM eboot too, right now ?

Whatever the case may be, I dont trust e3 anymore. I thought they were different because they were a bigger company than these devs and true blue entities.

If they said 1 to 2 months they are going to release something, and they dont, thats still fine. BUT KEEP PEOPLE IN THE LOOP! Especially when we are in a scene that has been promised so many empty promises before.

Not doing that was a bad decision on their part.
Now they just as bad to me as demonhades and JFW-DH.
