PSL1GHT on fedora install

I;m thinking about trying to install psl1ght on fedora 17 x86 on one of my laptops. I have another with ubuntu 10.04 on it and psl1ght fully operational, but I prefer fedora. Unfortunately fedora doesn't appear to be supported by psl1ght. If no one has bothered, then I'll try it myself, but there's no reason for me to spend the next few hours reinventing the psl1ght-wheel. If someone can lend a hand, or clear a few roadblocks before I reach them, I would be most grateful.

I vaguely remember that, and it's definitely a good sign. I'll see if I can get it running in a smo0oke break or two. :P

So I procrastinated until now, just had to find the appropriate names for some of the dependencies. It's currently building and shouldn't be a problem. Thanks carldenning

just follow the wiki http://psl1ght.net/wiki/TutorialInstall:Debian and instead of apt-get, use yum

pretty much what I ended up doing. As I said, a few packages are different on fedora of course, but everything else worked like a charm. Took an extra 5 mins tops to do "yum search" a couple of times. Thanks for the advice though.

guess I was missing openssl-devel. It caused it to break, but we're back on track again.
